Perinatal Mental Health Support Worker

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a permanent Healthcare Support Worker to support mothers on the Rosewood Mother & Baby Unit. You will deliver care under supervision within a multidisciplinary team, supporting mothers with perinatal mental health needs and their babies.

The role involves shifts across 24 hours, including nights, with responsibilities for health checks, records entry, and promoting independence through the activity programme.
