Part-Time Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner - Richmond

South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a part-time Band 5 Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner to work in Richmond within the Primary Care Network.

You will provide mental health support to GP practices and patients with serious mental illness, offering advice, education and interventions while working autonomously in a fast-paced environment under supervision.
