Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire in Wakefield is seeking a Sales Counsellor to manage the purchasing process from reservation through to legal completion. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, and be target-driven with strong negotiating and communication skills.

Newbuild or estate agency experience in progressing house sales is preferred but not essential; the role involves liaising with solicitors, valuers and estate agents, supporting the sales team to secure exchanges within
