About the Role
We are a friendly 15-bed residential care home in Southend-on-Sea, and we re looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you ll work closely with the Senior Staff team and report to the Registered Manager, playing a key part in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Whether you have prior experience in mental health care or are new to the sector, if you are compassionate, dependable, and committed to making a real difference in people s lives we want to hear from you.

What You ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs
- Supporting recovery-focused care plans and promoting independence
- Encouraging daily living skills, community integration, and positive routines
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred care
What We re Looking For
- A caring and proactive approach to supporting others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
- Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check (required for the role)
