Mental Health Support Worker: Independent Living Advocate

Peabody in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to assist adults with lived experience of mental health challenges. You will support independence, build confidence, and help customers access services in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, across Hertfordshire including Cheshunt.

You will conduct needs assessments, promote co-production, assist with budgeting and benefits, maintain records, and liaise with partners.
