Mental Health Support Worker - Bank

This is a flexible, casual Bank Support Worker position within J & J Healthcare's specialist mental health services. You will play an important role in supporting adults with complex needs, helping them to feel safe, understood, and empowered in their daily lives.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals who may present with challenging behaviours. Your focus will be on promoting independence, dignity, and meaningful engagement, while contributing to a calm, therapeutic environment.
