Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive in their communities? At NCHA, we're offering a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated Mental Health Reablement Support Service in Nottingham.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals overcome challenges that affect their mental health and wellbeing. You'll work one-to-one with service users in the community, empowering them to regain confidence, build resilience, and achieve their goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering a 12-week intervention programme focused on reablement and independence.
  • Address issues that negatively affect a service users mental health and wellbeing.
  • Using a strengths-based approach to co-create personalised support plans.
  • Helping service users tackle everyday barriers to independent living.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has experience (or transferrable skills) in a support role, especially within mental health.
  • Brings empathy, common sense, and strong communication skills to the table.
  • Is committed to upholding dignity, rights, and inclusivity for all individuals.
  • Is proactive, reliable, and passionate about making a difference.

Previous experience is a bonus, but if you've got the right values and skills, we want to hear from you!

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week
