Mental Health Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for mental health support workers for a private mental health hospital located in Preston.

Supporting adults 18+ male and female with various mental health conditions.

Your role will be to ensure the patients are able to live as independent a life as possible by assisting with their every day lives when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in mental health
• DBS on update service (Desirable)
• Minimum 3 years references no gaps
• Restraint training such as ,CPI/PMVA etc
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions

• Maintain and strengthen their relationships
• Attending appointments
• Enabling independence by assisting with day-to-day tasks
