Mental Health Support Worker - Fareham

Hunts Recruitment is looking for committed and compassionate Support Workers for a caring team in Fareham. You will be supporting adults who have mental health needs and learning disabilities within a residential service.

Due to the needs of the service you will need a full UK drivers license and be able to drive manual vehicles

- Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

- Salary: £30,576 Per annum

- Progression: Continuous progression opportunities available including training and promotions

- Hours: 48 hours per week primarily based on 8am-8pm shifts (4 shifts per week)

- Car drivers - Required

Your job role will be:

- To contribute and participate in providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable people

- To help provide a therapeutic, structured and relaxed environment in which service users can develop and enjoy their lives.

- To assist in the overall daily management of the home by taking responsibility for coordinating activities during a shift as required.

- To ensure that medication is administered in line with both Company Policy and CQC guidelines (training provided)
