Provide a specialist mental health expertise to our staff and officers!
As our Mental Health Practitioner , you'll deliver occupationally focused mental health assessments, case management, and short-term interventions. You'll be offering preventative advice, focusing on the relationship between health and work. Supporting wellbeing strategies helping us maintain a healthy and resilient workforce.

What you'll be doing- Clinical practice and case management
- Wellbeing and prevention
- Post incident and trauma support
- Be a registered mental health nurse (RNMH) with current NMC registration (part 3)
- Have experience of managing risk, including suicide and self-harm
- Be able to deliver solutions-focused interventions
