The Role
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist inpatient setting for children and young people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe and effective nursing care to young people with complex mental health needs
- Acting as a named nurse and key worker for allocated patients
- Contributing to care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and discharge planning
- Working collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, educators, and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Supporting the creation of a safe, nurturing, and recovery-focused environment
- Salary up to 45,000 depending on experience
- Specialist CAMHS training and ongoing professional development
