The nurse will support these patients by delivering health and well-being reviews, harm reduction work and advice and support wound care management and be an advocate for patients to access long term condition support.

Requirement of the role
Registered Nurse Mental Health
Competent in clinical practice e.g. Phlebotomy, ECG monitoring.
Experience of working in a complex environment managing deteriorating patients.
Experience of working as an autonomous practitioner.
Hours of work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, with unpaid breaks
