As a Mental Health Assistant, you will:
- Provide individual and small-group emotional support to students.
- Help young people develop confidence, resilience, and healthy coping strategies.
- Support students with emotional and behavioural challenges throughout the school day.
- Encourage positive communication, social skills, and engagement in school life.
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students' wellbeing.
- Build trusting and supportive relationships with students.
