Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust seeks a role on the Pinewood Ward to support male mental health patients. The post involves delivering a patient-focused service, building therapeutic relationships, and working across a 24/7 rota.
You will promote independence and provide essential health checks under supervision. The role requires Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, Care Certificate or eligibility to obtain within 6 months, and experience in Mental Health/Learning Disabilities.
