This is a part-time locum opportunity (3 days per week) within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team, offering excellent clinical exposure and flexible working.
Responsibilities- Provide psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for adults with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder
- Work with individuals presenting with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
- Contribute to care planning and risk management using evidence-based approaches
- Work collaboratively within a full MDT including psychiatry, nursing and therapy colleagues
- Support positive behaviour support planning and trauma-informed care
- Contribute to reports, reviews and clinical discussions, ensuring high standards of care
- You will have the autonomy to shape your clinical input while being fully supported by an experienced team.

Essential / Minimum:
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Experience working with learning disabilities
- Experience supporting individuals with complex presentations and/or autistic spectrum disorder
- Inpatient or high-dependency setting experience
- Experience with positive behaviour support or trauma-informed approaches
