Lead Mental Health Support Worker - 24/7 Supported Living

Response is recruiting for a Senior Mental Health Support Worker at Harwood House in Aylesbury. This 24/7 supported living scheme supports adults with long-term mental health issues, coming from acute wards or out of county placements.

The role is 37 hours per week with shifts across days, evenings, nights and weekends. You will lead shifts, manage medications, mentor staff, handle incidents and safeguard residents.
