Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician for speech and language therapy/psychotherapy to lead a specialist clinical team at The Shires Oakham. You will balance clinical leadership with a hands-on therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with autism, SEMH, and related needs.
You will work with SLT and the Regional Clinical Lead to develop a growing, school-based clinical service, ensuring safeguarding and person-centred practice across settings.
