Impactful Mental Health Support Worker Temp-to-Perm

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to support students in Corby. You'll provide one-to-one and small-group support for students facing SEMH challenges, working with teachers and safeguarding teams to promote wellbeing and resilience in a busy school setting.

The role is full-time, temporary-to-permanent, with ASAP start and competitive rates dependent on experience. Training and ongoing professional development are included through National College resources.
