Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking enthusiastic Healthcare Support Workers to join our Home Treatment and Rapid Response teams across East Kent. You will visit clients in their homes to provide emotional support, safety planning, and practical help during periods of acute distress.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to 24/7 urgent assessments, monitor wellbeing, and support recovery to prevent hospital admission.
