Geriatric Psychologist: Frailty, Dementia & Carer Support

CNWL NHS Trust in London is recruiting a highly experienced psychologist to deliver specialist assessments and interventions for older adults, within a multidisciplinary team. The post emphasises frailty, cognitive impairment, and complex health needs, with opportunities for research and CPD.

You will work closely with geriatrics, nursing, and AHPs to improve care pathways and reduce hospital admissions, while supporting carers and staff through supervision and teaching.
