Family-Centered Child & Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is advertising a CYP Practitioner role to work with the Truro Integrated Neighbourhood Team, delivering family centred mental health support for children and young people in Cornwall.

You will collaborate with primary care, social care, NHS and voluntary sectors, apply trauma informed approaches, and engage families to improve outcomes. Registration with NMC, HCPC, AHP, SW, BABCP or BPS is required and you will work in a multi disciplinary environment.
