You'llhelp ensure children, young people and families receive the right support atthe right time, while having real opportunities to shape practice and make ameaningful impact. KeyResponsibilities:
Providepsychological assessment, consultation and intervention for children and youngpeople (CYP), working collaboratively with families, schools and otherprofessionals
Supportschools, education providers and parents by offering advice, guidance, strategiesand recommendations to meet identified needs
Contributeto SEND processes and statutory assessments, including reviews, reassessments,tribunal attendance and written reports
Monitor,evaluate and communicate outcomes of interventions, providing clear verbal andwritten feedback toparents, schools and relevant stakeholders
Delivertraining, supervision and professional support to colleagues and educationstaff, sharing expertise to improve outcomes for CYP
Promotesafeguarding, evidence-based practice and service development, ensuringcompliance with HCPC standards, child protection procedures and ongoingresearch-informed practice

Skilledin applying psychological assessment, analysis and problem solving to identify needsand develop effective support strategies
Confidentcommunicator, able to present complex information clearly through reports,consultations, training and professional advice
Experiencedin building positive partnerships with children, families, schools and multiagency professionals to achieve best outcomes
Ableto design, deliver and evaluate interventions while developing the skills, confidenceand capacity of others through training and guidance
Strongknowledge of child development, SEND legislation and inclusive practices with acommitment to supporting children and young people
Committedto high professional standards, demonstrating excellent safeguarding practice, sound judgment,effective case management and continuous professional development
