West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner for a split post across the Ealing Community Rehabilitation Service (CRS) and Ealing Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) Team. This pilot role allows development and refinement of the role in response to local priorities and service needs.
The post is open to Social Work, Nursing and Occupational Therapy backgrounds, with substantial community experience in adults with complex mental health needs, including Complex Psychosis and
