
DSE Assessor
Are you passionate about creating healthier, more comfortable work environments? PAM Physio Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced DSE/Ergonomic Workstation Assessor to join our dynamic occupational health team.
In this vital role, you’ll help ensure our clients meet their legal obligations under the Display Screen Equipment Act 1992, while also making a meaningful difference to employee wellbeing and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct ergonomic assessments including DSE, workstation, workplace, and vehicle evaluations
- Deliver clear, high-quality reports with practical recommendations
- Advise on reasonable adjustments and ergonomic solutions
- Collaborate with HR, Occupational Health, and line managers to support employee wellbeing
- Stay up to date with best practices through CPD and team learning
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced MSK clinicians or qualified DSE assessors
- Strong understanding of ergonomic principles and HSE legislation
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Confidence in recommending assistive technologies and workplace adjustments
- Comfortable conducting remote assessments via MS Teams or phone
