Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Support Worker to provide in-home care and support for people living with dementia and older adults with complex mental health needs in the Uttlesford area, Stansted.
You will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, delivering biopsychosocial care plans and clinical support under supervision, while upholding dignity and positive outcomes for service users and their families.
