£36,913.50 - £38,610 per year (FTE, actual salary will depend on experience and agreed hours) Full-time or part-time (Set shifts Monday to Friday - see attached application pack for further information) Permanent or contract (12 months or permanent, depending on position offered) Counsellors are based at head office in Welwyn Garden City and will spend at least 1 day per week here. They also provide remote therapy sessions from home and where required may work from hubs around Hertfordshire (location will be agreed in advance) Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience of working with people who have experienced sexual, domestic and/or relational trauma</li> <li>Experience of mentoring team members</li> <li>Experience of time limited and long-term therapy</li> <li>Experience of working with a team</li> <li>A desire and drive to work with Trauma Recovery CIC to improve and develop services</li> </ul>
