Compassionate Mental Health Support Worker

Rushcliffe Care Group is hiring a Support Worker for The Hall Specialist Mental Health Unit in Loughborough. You will provide physical, social, and psychological care to service users, supporting wellbeing under clinical guidance.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and participate in training, with DBS checks funded by the employer. This is a full-time role with a probation period.
