Community Mental Health Practitioner: Drive Recovery & Impact

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the Bridport area MDT. You will manage a dedicated caseload, deliver person-centred, evidence-based interventions, and support recovery in our community settings.

You will work within an integrated MDT, with supervision and opportunities to develop skills in psychological therapies and advanced nursing practice, with flexible working options offered.
