Position Summary
Principal Clinical Psychologist - fixed term maternity leave cover (0.6 WTE, 22.5 hours per week). This role is based in the Royal Hospital for Neuro disability, Putney, Southwest London.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients with complex neuro disabilities across the Brain Injury Service, Neuro behavioural Service, Respiratory Service, Continuing Care Service and Young Adults Service.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in interdisciplinary case discussions.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and deliver specialist training to junior staff where appropriate.
- Attend on site supervision from the consultant clinical neuropsychologist and engage with QiCN/SRCN supervision.
- Registered HCPC clinical psychologist.
- Strong interest and experience in neuropsychology / neuro disability.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality clinical services to complex patient groups.
Hours of work: 22.5hours per week (0.6WTE). Salary: £59,839 - £70,154 per annum (pro rata for part time posts).
