We speak to a lot of paediatric clinicians and one thing comes up time and time again. The best places to work are rarely about the building, the salary or the equipment. They're about the people around you.
Our client has built something genuinely special.
Over the years they have developed a highly regarded paediatric multidisciplinary service supporting children, young people and families across the region. The team includes Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Feeding Specialists, Physiotherapists, Clinical Psychologists and a growing network of specialist professionals, all working together to achieve the best outcomes for the children they support.
This is not a clinic where professionals work in isolation. Collaboration sits at the heart of everything they do. Ideas are shared, expertise is respected and everyone works towards the same goal.
Honestly, if we worked within the paediatric AHP world ourselves, this would absolutely be one of the teams we'd want to join. The quality of the clinicians, the reputation they've built and the genuine commitment to children and families make this a very exciting opportunity for the right person.
This is also a rare opportunity to join a service before launch. Rather than stepping into a fully established structure, you'll have the chance to help shape assessment pathways, contribute to service development and play a key role in building what promises to become an outstanding autism and ADHD diagnostic service.
Opportunities to join established paediatric MDTs are valuable. Opportunities to help build a brand-new diagnostic service within an already respected and successful organisation are far rarer. For the right Clinical Psychologist, this offers the chance to make a genuine impact from day one whilst being supported by an exceptional multidisciplinary team.

Reaching Your PotentialOur client has grown from a specialist therapy provider into one of the region's most respected multidisciplinary paediatric services.
Their purpose-built clinic provides assessment and therapy services across multiple disciplines, allowing clinicians to work collaboratively and develop professionally in ways that are often difficult to achieve within more isolated settings.
The organisation places significant emphasis on professional development, supervision and continuous learning. Whether you already have extensive neurodevelopmental assessment experience or are looking to further develop your specialist expertise, you'll be joining a team that actively supports clinical growth.
Most importantly, you'll be part of an organisation that remains genuinely focused on improving outcomes for children and families. Clinical quality comes first, and that ethos runs through everything they do.
