As a Psychologist at Aurora Beeches, you're not just part of a team - you're part of a movement to transform lives. You'll work with young people aged 11-16 with autism and additional learning needs, using evidence-based approaches to unlock potential and build resilience.
Your role will be dynamic and rewarding:? Conduct psychological assessments and design tailored interventions? Deliver individual and group therapy sessions? Mentor and guide non-clinical staff to respond effectively to challenging behaviours? Collaborate within a strong MDT (Psychology, Psychiatry, OT, Speech & Language)? Innovate and influence best practice in a supportive, forward-thinking environment

What We're Looking For
- Doctorate-level qualification in Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychology
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
- Experience supporting young people with autism (ages 11-16)
- A passion for promoting independence, dignity, and respect
