About the Role

Clinical Psychologist - Part-time 18.5 hours per week (Permanent).

Location: Derby, Derbyshire. Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum plus exceptional candidate bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a highly skilled multi disciplinary team.
  • Support assessment, formulation and intervention of complex case work, including delivery of highly specialist psychological assessments and co delivery of trauma and attachment interventions to children, young people, carers and professional network.
  • Develop, pilot and co facilitate training, group work and reflective practice sessions for professional teams.
  • Lead on aspects of service delivery and support AFC's growth strategy around mental health, residential services and trauma informed psychological practice.
  • Contribute to audit and evaluation.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical Psychology.
  • Registered Clinical Psychologist with HCPC.
  • Experience delivering highly specialist risk and psychological assessments.
  • Experience working therapeutically with children, young people and families, delivering interventions addressing complex trauma and attachment insecurity.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience delivering workshops, training, group work and reflective practice.
  • Car user preferable (role involves travelling).
