To develop collaborative formulations with Probation Practitioners and support the consultation and formulation process with HMPPS staff, documenting formulations and recommendations as appropriate.

To contribute to the multi-professional understanding of service-user presentation and support a psychological and trauma-informed practice.

To support the development of psychologically informed ways of working with individual service-users and by supporting staff within the wider establishment.

To contribute to the development and delivery of training to staff and other stakeholders.

To contribute to reflective practice for HMPPS staff to develop self-awareness or strengths, abilities and limitations.

To support the clinical and operational lead with ongoing research and service development opportunities.

To participate in clinical and managerial supervision and to engage in appraisal processes.

To use reflective practice to develop strong awareness of abilities, strengths and limitations when interacting with others.
