CBT Therapist - South West LondonSalary: £38,000 - 44,000Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time, PermanentWe are proud to be working in partnership with a leading provider of private mental health services to recruit a qualified CBT Therapist to join their established and growing therapy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver meaningful care while working across multiple service lines in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing both individual and group therapy to adult outpatients and day patients
- Managing a balanced and tailored caseload, aligned with your experience and development goals
- Working across a range of service areas, including private and corporate outpatient services
- Supporting patients with a variety of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and ADHD
- Contributing to clinical formulation and treatment planning, including the use of outcome measures
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to ensure consistent and high-quality care
- Potential to gain experience in more complex areas such as psychosis, addictions, and acute conditions
- Recognised qualification in CBT theory and practice
- BABCP membership, with accreditation or working towards accreditation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary or acute mental health setting is desirable
- Interest or experience in additional modalities such as DBT or EMDR is beneficial (training can be provided)
