What You Will Do:

• Work independently within an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and implement patient-specific care plans
• Conduct complex assessments and deliver targeted clinical interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients and families using both verbal and non-verbal methods
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve the best outcomes
