Dementia services at either Severnfields Village or Hall Court are looking for a Community Nurse to join their team for approx. 12 weeks, job description attached.

Location: Severnfields Health Village or Hall Court, Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire
Essential working with those suspected or diagnosed with experiencing dementia
Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks
