- Assessments: Deliver specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments for adults with acquired brain injury using tests, scales, structured observations, and interviews.
- Pre Admission Work: Conduct pre admission assessments and develop tailored, holistic neurobehavioural formulations.
- Care Coordination: Manage care coordination and act as a keyworker or clinical lead as required.
- Data & Reporting: Collect and maintain accurate data on work activities with thorough documentation.
- Interventions: Formulate and implement specialist intervention plans as part of a multidisciplinary neurobehavioural rehabilitation team.
- Goal Setting: Elicit personal goals and translate them into SMART targets with individuals and the team.
- Therapeutic Delivery: Administer therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions using appropriate psychological models and modalities.
- MDT Contribution: Provide specialist psychological perspectives and advice within multidisciplinary team assessments.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and provide psychological input into team based risk management.
- Family Support: Offer specialist consultation and guidance to carers and families.
- Professional Judgement: Exercise autonomous professional judgement in the psychological management of cases.
- Registration: HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist.
- Driving: Hold a valid UK driving licence.
