1:1 Mental Health Support Worker - Empower Independence

Gray Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Female Support Worker to assist an individual living independently in her home in Lincoln. The role involves 1:1 support, day and night shifts, and focusing on independence, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful engagement.

The successful candidate will work with a consistent female team, follow person-centred plans, and use calm, least restrictive approaches to support safety, engagement in community activities, and progression toward greater independence.
