Your registration details are checked against a recognised regulator or accredited register and clearly displayed on your applicant profile — reflecting recognised professional standards within the sector.
Step-by-step guidance for registered mental health professionals
Create your profile
Register to create your profile on your applicant dashboard. You can still browse and apply for roles, but professional registration details are required for profile verification.
Add your details
Complete the Professional Registration section on your profile by selecting your regulator or register from from the drop down list, and adding your details.
Save your details
Once saved, our team will be notified. You can continue completing your profile while we verify your registration — completed profiles perform best.
Sit back and wait
A member of the Harmonia team will check your registration details match the live register and contact you to confirm your profile has been approved.
If it doesn’t match
If we can’t verify your details, we’ll contact you. Common reasons include a typo in the registration number or a mismatch between name and register record.
You're verified!
We'll add the frame around your profile photo, or if it's blank, we'll add the verified badge instead. Your profile will also be marked as verified in our applicant database.
How to add your registration details
Select the regulator / register from the drop down list
Add your registration type
Enter your registration number (and your full name if it appears differently on the register).
Submit and add another if you’re registered with more than one body.
