Our mission
To bring clarity, connection, and opportunity to those training and working in mental health and psychological wellbeing.
We believe in a better connected mental health workforce, where people can navigate and develop their careers throughout their professional lives.
Our vision
Traditional recruitment platforms focus on vacancies. Harmonia starts with the professional. By connecting career pathways, jobs, training, CPD and progression in one specialist platform; we can support your whole career journey, not just the hunt for your next job.
Our story
As the sector grows and evolves, harmonia will grow with it.
The workforce itself is changing rapidly. Psychological therapy, counselling and mental health support roles have grown by 45% since 2010, with demand projected to grow by 157% by 2037.
Harmonia was established in 2024 in response to the need to better support and map the mental health careers landscape across the UK.
Since then, engagement from professionals and organisations has helped us understand what the sector really needs and shapes the harmonia we’re building today.
Harmonia connects the workforce. WISE insights helps us understand it.
HarmoniaWISE © is the engine behind harmonia; turning workforce participation into workforce intelligence.
As professionals and organisations join, we build a better picture of the mental health workforce: who people are, how careers develop, where skills and opportunities sit, and where gaps are emerging.
WISE takes harmonia beyond careers and recruitment. We use this intelligence to support workforce planning, sector insight, research, partnerships and better decision-making across mental health services in the UK.
