A) Use of the Platform:

The Platform is intended for use by individuals seeking career opportunities ("Applicants"), organisations offering such opportunities ("Recruiters"), and any users listing or engaging with content such as events, CPD opportunities, training courses, blogs, and guest blogs ("Content Contributors").

  2. Applicants agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of seeking the advertised opportunities, and agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

  3. Recruiters agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of posting legitimate advertisements and agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

  4. Content Contributors agree to use the Platform to share and contribute events, CPD opportunities, training courses, blogs, or guest blog content, ensuring that the content posted is appropriate, lawful, and complies with these Terms.

 

B) Eligibility:

  1. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom & ROI and meet any specific requirements outlined by recruiters or content contributors on the Platform.

  2. Recruiters must be authorised representatives of organisations or companies offering legitimate recruitment opportunities in the United Kingdom & ROI.

  3. Content Contributors must ensure they have the rights to share the content they post, including events, CPD opportunities, and blogs.

C) User Accounts:

​

  1. In order to access certain features of the Platform, Applicants, Recruiters, and Content Contributors may be required to create an account. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

  2. Applicants, Recruiters, and Content Contributors agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update account information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and access to the Platform at our discretion, including but not limited to accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive activities.

D) Posting Content:

​

  1. Recruiters are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and content of their advertisements advertised on the Platform. Content Contributors are solely responsible for the content of any events, CPD opportunities, training courses, blogs, or guest blog contributions posted on the Platform.

  2. Content must be accurate, appropriate, and comply with the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code, and all other applicable UK laws and regulations.

  3. Users agree not to post content that is false, misleading, discriminatory, or that violates any applicable UK laws or regulations.

  4. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any content posted on the Platform that we deem inappropriate, in violation of these Terms, or for any other reason, without liability to the User.

E) Application Process:

​

  1. ​Applicants must submit accurate and truthful information when applying for opportunities advertised on the Platform.
  2. Applicants must adhere to any specific application instructions provided by Recruiters.

  3. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or acceptance of a role as a result of your application via our Platform.

F) Payment Terms:

​

  1. All invoices issued by Platform must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date. Failure to make payment within this period may result in the suspension or termination of services.

  2. Users pay only for the specific services they choose, such as vacancy postings, event listings, CPD posting, training course posting, blog contributions, and any applicable upgrades. The fees for these services are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the options selected.

  3. Payments for services can be made using the following methods:

    • Card Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards.

    • BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services): Direct bank transfers can be made to our designated account. Details for BACS payments will be provided on the invoice.

  4. Late Payments

    • If payment is not received within the 28-day period, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 2% per month from the due date until the date of actual payment.

    • Continued failure to pay may result in further actions, including but not limited to, legal proceedings and reporting to credit agencies.

G) Cancellation Terms:

​

Harmonia Careers reserves the right to cancel any event, course, CPD, job, placement, or voluntary role listing that violates our terms of service or applicable laws. In such cases, participants or advertisers will be notified and provided with appropriate refunds or alternative solutions.

  1. The following items are non-refundable:

​

  • Subscriptions to Harmonia Careers.

  • Payments for services rendered (e.g., course listing, job posting etc).

​

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via info@harmoniacareers.co.uk or through your account dashboard on the platform.

​

  2. Refund Terms:

​

  • Cancellations made before the listing goes live are eligible for a full refund, minus a [processing fee, e.g., 10% of the listing fee].

  • Cancellations made after the listing is live will not be eligible for a refund.

​

  3. Subscription Cancellations

​

  • Harmonia Careers subscribers must cancel their subscription at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

  • Subscription cancellations made within less than 14 days of the next billing date will not be eligible for refunds for the upcoming billing cycle.

  • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, subject to documentation and approval.

  4. Payment and Refund Processing

​

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Any processing fees, as outlined above, are non-refundable.

 

H) Intellectual Property:

  1. The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and any content posted by users (such as job advertisements, events, blogs, etc.), are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  2. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its contents without our prior written consent.

 

I) Privacy:
