The UK Society for Behaviour Analysis contributes to the well-being of society by developing, enhancing, and supporting the growth and vitality of the science of behaviour analysis through research, education, and practice.
The UK-SBA promotes the ethical and effective application of behaviour analysis to a wide range of areas including education, rehabilitation and health care, business, and the community.
The UK-SBA is committed to the development and promotion of evidence-based practices which protect consumers and facilitate access to high-quality, ethical and effective behaviour analytic services.
More About Behaviour Analysis
Anyone who is actively involved in applied or experimental behaviour analysis in the UK should join the Society. Membership categories are based on an individual’s training and qualification in behaviour analysis. All members agree to abide by the UK-SBA Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct and the UK-SBA Complaints Procedure. Behaviour analytic practitioners must provide evidence of appropriate insurance cover, a current Disclosure and Barring Service check and an up-to-date record of Safeguarding training.
The UK-SBA offers a range of benefits to members depending on membership category. All members receive reduced fees on UK-SBA and partner organisation events, access to view the UK-SBA Job Board and access to “Members Only” areas of the website.
