Our mission is to be an exemplar counselling centre that delivers high-quality, accessible, and inclusive psychotherapy services for adults aged 18 and over, particularly those experiencing emotional distress or complex mental health challenges. We aim to make therapy meaningful and effective for each individual by providing counselling that reflects their unique needs, circumstances, and lived experience. We are committed to breaking down barriers to access and promoting mental health equity by creating a safe and welcoming environment where people feel respected and heard. All our services adhere to the highest professional standards through BACP-accredited practice. We also invest in the future of the profession by offering high-quality placements and supervision to trainee therapists.
