Purpose

Our purpose is to inspire and champion coaching excellence, to advance the coaching profession and make a sustainable difference to individuals, organizations and society.

Vision & Objectives

Our Vision is to professionalize and advance coaching, promoting a coach approach to leadership, so that coaching 'ripples' as a key enabler for performance, responsibility and fulfilment. We will achieve that growing and inspiring our international community, made up of professional internal and external coaches, leader coach mentors, coach training/service providers, educators, coach supervisors and organizations building coaching cultures. Our stretch goal is to reach 100,000 members in 80+ countries by 2030.
