Sales Team Leader &amp; Performance Coach Manchester The Team The Small Medium Business (SMB) teams are responsible for Deliveroo's relationships with thousands of independent restaurant and retail partners that operate on the Deliveroo marketplace in several markets across Europe, ensuring that they continue to grow and operate. The SMB team spans the full life-cycle of partner interactions from initial acquisition, onboarding, reactive support and proactive account management. The Role As a hybrid UKI Sales Team Leader and Coach your role will be split, with half of your time leading the part-time team of Sales Development Representatives, and the other half of your time providing coaching support to the other Sales Team Leaders during core business. Both of these remits will be focused on generating new restaurant sign-ups to join the Deliveroo platform. The primary focus will be on driving performance improvements across key KPIs, focused on productivity, effectiveness, sales acumen, conversion and commercial value.
