  <p>You would be joining a comprehensive and dynamic CAMH service, delivering a substantial stepped model of care following the needs-led i-Thrive framework. There are a number of posts across the whole of Central Bedfordshire. Your role will help to develop and deliver a wide range of interventions, projects and system changes with the aim of the whole community approaches to supporting young people's mental health. These are newly funded roles that are community based, whose aim is to offer an Early Intervention service for Young People whose complexities cannot be served by our 5 Mental health in Support Teams but do not reach the threshold for core CAMHS. You will be providing comprehensive consultations, assessments, risk management and interventions for young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties. The post-holder will also clinically supervise colleagues. There may be an option of supervisor training at Reading University which we would strongly encourage post holders to take up.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are looking for confident CAMHS professionals with a demonstrable track record, within CAMHS, of providing good quality evidence-based interventions and improving service quality. You will be a Mental Health Nurse, Systemic Family Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Arts Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Child Psychotherapist, CBT Therapist, Counsellor or Occupational Therapist with the requisite professional registration. We welcome applicants who have experience of working or living in Central Bedfordshire.</p> <p>There is a national focus on increasing the reach of Early Intervention for Children and Young People with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community. In line with the recently published NHS 10 Year Plan we have an ambition to increase more access to early Intervention to all Young people in Central Bedfordshire and improve the general culture of emotional support to all Young people and their families. Working alongside community partners and our Mental Health Support Teams your team will be fully integrated with community CAMHS and educational settings.</p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Clinical Psychologist (Grade 8a) to join our friendly Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in North East Wiltshire, and the Wiltshire Psychological Therapies Service (PTS),for a period of six months.</p> <p>This locum role is primarily based in Chippenham and Devizes, while providing clinical services to the older adult population throughout Wiltshire.</p> <p>Working as part of both the Wiltshire PTS and CMHT offers psychologists the opportunity to treat a range of disorders and presenting difficulties. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>This role is based in the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies Service (IAPT) and it aims to develop the Step 2 service provision within NHS Talking Therapies</p>
<p>In the role you will offer evidence-based practice in guided self-help/low intensity CBT, assessing and treating our local population. Alongside this, you will support access into service for populations that we do not reach effectively, covering the Global Majority and Older Adult (65+) demographics. You will use special knowledge and experience in these areas to help organise, run and Step 2 therapy groups for specific populations, liaising with the 3rd Sector.</p>
<p>You will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and may be called upon to work in various community settings (including GP surgeries and other, 3<em>rd</em> sector, settings) and psychological treatment centres.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<li>Provide assessment and Step 2 interventions, (psycho-educational interventions, Guided Self Help, computerised CBT) to patients registered with GP practices/health centres and or resident in Shropshire, Telford &amp; Wrekin, drawing from CBT theories and techniques</li>
<li>Provide a service that is comprehensive and accessible to a broad range of patients who have commonplace mental health problems and who are over 16 years of age</li>
<li>To provide a service that is equitable and non-discriminatory in terms of age, gender, ethnicity and disability.</li>
<li>Develop specific group work within the community, liaising with Third Sector and other Health Organisations</li>
<li>Maintain a strong EDI focus internally within the team, as well as externally.   </li>

  <p>The successful candidate will work independently and with the wider staff team along with young people and their families.   <p>An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team on Westgate unit based in HMP Frankland.</p> <p>The Westgate team is part of the Offender Personality Disorder national strategy. The Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway programme is a jointly commissioned initiative that aims to provide a pathway of psychologically informed services for a highly complex and challenging offender group who are likely to have a severe personality disorder and who pose a high risk of harm to others, or a high risk of reoffending in a harmful way.</p> <p>Westgate is situated within HMP Frankland and Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear foundation Trust are contracted by Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Trust to provide care and treatment for the residents of Westgate.</p> <p>The successful candidate may have desirable experience of working with a complex service user group and will have demonstrable experience of effective working with wider agencies and effective delivery of identified interventions.</p> <p>The Westgate Multi-Disciplinary Team are diverse and very much integrated within the prison environment.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will work as part of the designated locality, providing low intensitypsychological interventions to service users with mental health problems. Theseinclude a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-managementinterventions offered as individual or group interventions. This work will be both faceto face and telephone based.</p> <p>The post holder will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that high quality individualised care is delivered which ensures safety and a commitment to promoting recovery and wellbeing, and maximising independence.</p> <p>The post-holder will provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity.</p> <p>The post-holder will work within professional guidelines and the overall framework ofthe service's policies and procedures</p>
