  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative radiographer/technician who ideally has previous experience working in Nuclear Medicine, to join our small team.</p>
<p>We are a state of the art department comprising of 2 hybrid SPECT/CT scanners and 1 dual headed gamma camera. We carry out diagnostic imaging, non imaging examinations and treat benign and malignant diseases by means of our therapy service.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate will be required to undertake a full range of Nuclear Medicine duties including routine scanning, processing, dispensing and administration of Radiopharmaceuticals using relevant systems of work and applications. Rotate through radio pharmacy production, and learn specialised skills such as sentinel node localisation and myocardial perfusion stress testing.</p>

  <p>We're seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist (Band 8a, 1.0 WTE) to help shape and deliver psychologically-informed care in our 24/7 recovery house service--a short-stay alternative to hospital admission for adults experiencing acute mental health distress.Working flexibly within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide trauma-informed assessments, brief interventions, and psychological leadership in a recovery-focused, inclusive environment that centres lived experience and cultural safety.</p> <p>Recovery House (RH)is a new and innovative service we are launching that meets an important need for people(18+)experiencing poor mental health. The RH will provide those in crisis with a safe, secure and welcoming environment to support the de-escalation of crisis. The House will be open to new and existing BSMHFT service users and will provide a homely environment, allowing people to retain independence, whilst receiving person centred and appropriate care.</p> <p>The service which is part of the Trust's Urgent Care pathway is a partnership with Birmingham Mind and builds on the range of strong collaborations we have with the voluntary sector.</p> <p>The RH will serve as a base for community integration, allowing service users to connect with local communities and provision, as well as their family/carers.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic senior psychotherapist/ psychologist to join our inpatient team.</p> <p>We are redeveloping our female wards, and this is an opportunity to develop new trauma informed pathways and influence the culture of care on the wards through training and consultation.</p> <p>This is an 8a vacancy, however, we welcome applications from psychologists at B7 seeking progression.</p> <p>You will be joining a supportive team of psychologists, therapist and CAPS working across a variety of acute services.</p> <p>We are involved in the Culture of Care programme, NHS England's Quality Transformation aimed at developing safe, compassionate, culturally competent wards. We are committed to reducing restrictive practice. You will take a key role in supporting and implementing these developments, with opportunities to be innovative and influential and will develop your formulation and consultation skills in addition to direct clinical work. Our team promotes practice-based research in acute settings. We have an established inpatient research plan and collaborate with the University of Sheffield.   <p>The post will suit a candidate who has experience and interest in working with people with severe, chronic and complex mental health difficulties within a multidisciplinary team and who can offer both direct and indirect work with service users, their families and staff. You will be involved in offering team formulation, reflective practice and post-incident support, as well as providing a key role as part of the senior leadership team on the ward.   <p><strong>Are you a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who is looking for a role in Oxfordshire?</strong></p>
<p>Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a CBT Therapist. We are looking for someone with CBT experience who is looking to deliver high quality CBT and develop through regular supervision, CPD and a range of training opportunities to support career progression.</p>
<p>We are one of the national Talking Therapies services delivering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based psychological interventions, through a stepped care treatment model to people in the community with common mental health problems.</p>
<p>We have links with the Oxford Centre for Psychological Health that includes Oxford Centre for Cognitive Therapy (OCTC) and Oxford Institute for Clinical Psychology Training, which is hosted by the Trust. We actively encourage innovation and research with opportunities for collaborations with the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire NHS Talking Therapies Collaboration, University of Oxford Department of Psychiatry and Department of Experimental Psychology.</p>
<p>To support our continued expansion, we have developed pathways in working with patients with anxiety and/or depression and living with long term physical health conditions such as Cardiac disease. We have expanded our offer of employment support services and this has been commended by the Department of Works and Pensions and ERSA award nominated.</p>
