Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM FM is recruiting a part-time Fitness Instructor to join the FM team in Crawley. Reporting directly to the Leisure Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day management of the leisure business. You will be required to work 25 hours per week on a shift rota including evenings and weekends. There are two parts to the income, a retail profit from customers and a commission from team members. With the focus on customer retention, most of this income will be on re-orders. The commission from team members starts at 5% on sales values and moves to 12% on a sliding scale based on team size.
