  <p>The Crisis Resolution Home
Treatment Team is a pivotal service whose main focus is to offer an alternative
to an inpatient admission and provide intensive treatment as required within
the community. The service will also ensure effective gatekeeping of all
service users referred to the service for admission to Hospital. The service
will operate on an outreach basis with the majority of assessments taking place
in non-Hospital
environments.</p><p>

The post holder will be an active member of the
integrated multi-disciplinary team (MDT),
providing a 24-hour community-based Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment
Service as an alternative to hospital admission. The post holder will provide
rapid
assessment and help plan and deliver effective, evidence-based home treatment
in
collaboration with service users, carers and professionals from other,
established

Dental Nurse

			<p>Are you an experienced Psychologist looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference and changes lives for the better?&nbsp; You will be working 22.5 hours per week as a Part-time Clinical Psychologist at Pinhoe View, a 36 bed Acute Inpatient Hospital in Exeter and enjoy support from a regional network of healthcare professionals.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will be leading the psychology department and working alongside members of the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT), to offer patient-centred care, implementing daily, meaningful activities which can support recovery.</p>
<p>This entails competently assessing unwell service users, including completing assessments, planning and implementing person-centred interventions and the ongoing evaluation of their care and treatment.</p>
<p>You will be required to oversee the provision of the psychology service, as well as supporting the team in facilitating assessment and formulation interventions and psychology groups in collaboration with the team.</p>

Mental Health Nurse

<p>Job Title: Psychologist (ADOS-2) - Exeter</p><p>Location: Exeter, Devon EX1 (Hybrid 1-2 days minimum)</p><p>Role: Permanent </p><p>Hours: Full Time (Part Time Open to Discussion)</p><p> Salary: £55,000 - £110,000 per annum (depending on experience)</p><p>Our client is an award-winning, NHS and HSE approved practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychological care across the UK and Ireland. </p><p>They provide high-quality services to clients across the UK and Ireland, including neurodevelopmental and psychological assessments for adults and children as well as expert witness assessments for the courts and parole boards, assessments in criminal/prison law, family law, immigration law, and medico-legal cases. They have a proven track record of providing high quality assessments and delivering on HSE / NHS contracts.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p> This is an exciting and valuable role within a busy service, providing invaluable assessments to families and adults. This is a hybrid role for suitably qualified clinicians working within the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team for children referred for autism and/ or ADHD assessments via HSE / NHS Patient choice and their GP. </p><p>Some aspects of the role may be undertaken remotely, but you must still be able to attend the office. </p><p>The role requires conducting comprehensive specialist assessments including diagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected autism and/ or ADHD using established diagnostic tools. Assessments of mental health conditions may also be required. Assessments are undertaken on behalf of the HSE / NHS via GP referral.</p><p>The clinician is also responsible for writing up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner, as well as providing appropriate recommendations and interventions. Additionally, the clinician may be involved in supervising and supporting junior staff members depending on experience.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the UK. </li><li>Experience in conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/ specialist developmental assessments with children and young people</li><li>Experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties in a clinical setting</li><li>Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for autism and ADHD</li><li>Knowledge of differential diagnosis</li><li>Ideally ADOS-2 / ADI-R trained</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Experience in report writing and record keeping</li><li>Additional qualifications in relevant areas of autism and/ or ADHD</li></ul>
