Where required, you will also work with those individuals who require a higher level of psychological intervention. As part of the role you will be accredited or working towards accreditation, and have a higher level qualification in CBT or EMDR or be completing relevant training.The role also involves providing immediate emotional support and guidance to callers via our 24/7 helpline - completing clinical assessments and signposting appropriately.
